Live sessions
An evening, a room — or a video call — and a few dozen people doing the same small thing at the same time. Surprisingly powerful. Occasionally silly.
- Monthly meet-ups
- Workshops
- Live Q&A
- Retreat days
Four ways in, depending on how you like to learn. Start with whichever one you'd actually do on a Tuesday — that's the one that works.

Offering
Self-paced courses
Short, structured runs through one idea at a time. Ten minutes a day, not a semester. Pause forever, pick it back up, nobody's counting.
Offering
Personal mentorship
One human paying attention to you specifically. For when general advice has stopped being useful and you'd like someone properly in your corner.

Things to hold
Cards, journals, prints — the practice, off the screen. Because sometimes you need the thing on your desk rather than in another app.

before you ask
We'd rather tell you what this isn't up front than have you find out three weeks in.
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. This is practice, not treatment — closer to stretching than to surgery. If you're carrying something heavy, a good therapist is the better call, and we'll happily be the thing you do alongside that.
Honestly? You'll notice the noticing within a week or two — that's the first move, and it's quick. The part where a kinder thought turns up on its own takes months, not days. Anyone promising you a fortnight is selling something.
Then you missed a day. There are no streaks here, no red marks, no guilt-flavoured push notification. Starting again is the skill — that part *is* the practice.
Nope. Sitting still with your eyes closed is one way in, and it genuinely doesn't suit everyone. Most of our practices happen with your eyes open, mid-day, while the kettle boils.
A small studio — a handful of people who got tired of the wellness industry's voice and wanted to make something plainer and warmer. No gurus, no transformation packages, no one on a mountain.
The ideas come from well-trodden ground — attention training, cognitive reframing, habit formation. We read the papers, then we make small useful things. We don't cite a study to sell you a course, and we'll always tell you when something is just a thing we like.
One short practice a day. Free to start, easy to quit, weirdly hard to stop. Leave your name and we'll send the first one.
